He has over 22 years of experience in all aspects of the residential air conditioning trade, along with carpentry and framing experience. Evan joined The Spectrum Companies in 2007 and has worked throughout Spectrum’s Triangle portfolio.
Originally from southern Florida, Evan has lived in the Raleigh area since 2005. He and his wife, Stephanie, have been married for 31 years and together they enjoy traveling and motorcycle riding throughout nearby states.
Ricardo is responsible for daily building engineering services at Aerial Center Executive Park.
